In January 2011, I started my Finger Food Mixes as a series of live mixes to keep myself practicing while creating mixes for people to download or stream. I've called this series of live mixes the Finger Food mixes because these are all live samples of me practicing with different genres and styles (flavors) in the lab. I hope that these mixes provide a way for my supporters and promoters to download a sample of my live show for your own enjoyment.

For Volume 6, I wanted to work with my original DJ crew, Canned Beats (established in 1991) comprised of DJ Pone, DJ Mike A, Amiel, DJ Mars D, DJ Verge and DJ NeoGeo. DJ Mike A thought it would be fun to make a Best of 2011 mix, as a collection of some of 2011's biggest hits and some of our personal favorites.

The first part of the mix is my portion, mixed live using Technics 1200s, a Pioneer 707 mixer, Novation Dicers, and Serato.

The second half was mixed by DJ Verge using Traktor S4 and Traktor Pro.

Note that this mix has explicit lyrics.
