DJ Cameron Paul was a Bay Area pioneer in the mix world. Even before his radio gigs, he was a dominating force on the SF club scene. In this mega mix, I compiled and mixed some of his radio mixes on KSOL and KMEL, mix releases on Hot Tracks and Mixx-it, Tandem records and a nice interview intertwined in the music.

Enjoy with multiple listening. Feedback is welcome.

Dedicated to DJ Cameron Paul and his fans.

I like to give a major shot out to Cameron Paul to say thank you for all your gigs at Studio West and Oasis dance club. I even remember you even jamming at 4 Twelve club too. I'm a huge fan and thanks for all great memories in music. Best DJ ever in the 80's and 90's!!

I remember going to DJ battles at small clubs in SJ and you would always get at least a couple who tried to claim a CP mix as heir own. Cameron Paul was such a huge influence on a growing number of DJ's at that time...not to mention how many metal tapes we owned with all the mixes we could record.

Those orange/green mixx-it slipmats were beautiful. Memories!
