In the late 70's and early 80's, Disco took a turn and began to pick up a faster rythm and tempo. Songs that were once at 120bpm were now eleveated to 130bpm and above. Artists like Donna Summer, Giorgio Moroder and others, added newer synth sounds giving birth to Hi - Energy Disco. I hope you enjoy this mix that I call, "The Origins of Hi - Energy.
