DJ GEEKtotheBEAT, known to most as, T.J. is one of THE All Mighty Family's most eclectic disc jockeys. His love of music ranges from acts like: N*E*R*D, kanYe West, Jay-Z, and The Roots to John Mayer, Prince, Stevie Wonder and Earth Wind and Fire. GEEKtotheBEAT's mixtape collection, or GEEKography exemplifies musical range he wishes to share with his All Mighty Friends and Family. GEEK released his first mixtape I Only Feel Sexy in the Dark was released in the Summer of 2010 and since then GEEKtotheBEAT has released six eclectic mixes. I Luv Your Girl and the sequel I Still Luv Your Girl focuses romantic, sexy vibe while & Believe in Your Flyness, Not Your Shyness and the Double Disc follow up, Stay Fly: Venus vs. Mars is solely on songs that make you feel like the flyest person alive. The latest mixtape release, Parties, Beats & Rhymes featured electro-synth-hip-hop based songs that GEEK said he made for & hipsters. Overall, the GEEKography can best be summed up as mixtapes for hipsters, lovers and fly mother fuckers.
GOOD MUSIC over EVERYTHING is what GEEK refers to as his mantra. As DJs our main objective is to make sure folks are having fun. So I basically, aim to play DOPE SHIT, and play GOOD MUSIC at the same time. At the end of the day, whether you a GEEK or not, GEEKtotheBEAT believes it's all about dope BEATS and good music you can GEEK to.
