wait. what is this all about?
last minute disco is little more than the mindset of an attention deficit riddled dj and his friends. we play records we like, when we can, where we can. we don’t have the brain capacity or willpower to care about things like genres, who else is playing what, or a diminished unicorn population. our apologies to barry zito.
we’ve got jobs, man.
so whether you find yourself chair-raving to the podcast on a Tuesday night, catching any of the collective live on a given weekend, or are a regular at the last minute disco each Saturday, all you should need to know is that all we care about is sharing music we love with the rest of you.
the idea for the last minute disco certainly started due to the combination of rob’s desperate need to focus and desire to play records, but the collective has grown to include lifelong friends dustin capelle and zack white, as well as our fine friends at both the monkey bar in appleton and mobiah.com in san diego, whom we cannot thank enough for supporting our weirdness.
