Biography:
Back in 2003, when he was only 15, Marko Felinger had his first performance. That was in a small club in his home town Osijek (Croatia). Soon, he got his first residency and a chance to host a radio show on a local radio station. A year after, Marko started to promote his own events and launched a radio show ‘Sky Fusion’ on US online radio - Sense.FM. Sky Fusion was online for three years and 68 episodes were broadcasted during that time.
Through a decade of active work on the electronic scene in Osijek and the region, Marko Felinger had a wide number of impressive performances and residencies in different cities – from Osijek to Zagreb, from Rijeka to Dubrovnik but also across the border in Sarajevo, Novi Sad, Subotica, Maribor etc. Moreover, Marko often performed along with some famous names of the electronic dance scene such as: Tom Novy, Ronski Speed, Marusha, Kyau & Albert, M.I.K.E, Sharam (Deep Dish), Valentino Kanzyani, Jim Rivers, John Askew, Ian Pooley, Freemasons, Gramophonedzie, Blacksoul.
During the first few years Marko focused mostly on progressive trance, but his current repertoire combines progressive house, tech-house and techno, often combined with melodies that always fascinated him. As a passionate record collector, he often enjoys spinning his selection of classic progressive house and trance tunes from the beginning of 1990’s to mid 2000’s.
Currently, Marko Felinger is a resident DJ and a co-founder of ‘O2 Underground’ series of events in Club Oxygene. Pretty soon after the series launch in Autumn 2012, O2U became ‘a place to be’ in Osijek for underground music followers. For more info about O2U please visit http://www.facebook.com/o2.underground.
