I was looking through some old cassette tapes and found the first mixtape I ever made. This was dated back to 1996 and I was a sophomore in high school. I started to buy my own vinyl and I just started to learn how to mix songs together. I put together my first DJ mix line-up and decided to record. This is a live, all wax mixtape, recorded from a numark bed-mixer with a sampler, into a simple boombox in one take.

I digitized a sample segment from the mixtape. Hope you enjoy myself mixing as young kid...or get a laugh out of it.
