R.L.'s Bio
R.L. (aka Rob Love) is a DJ / Music Producer who's caught the attention of many artists and producers alike with a unique & diverse sound that balances the quintessential rope of mainstream and underground music. The fascination of Hip Hop grew rapidly for R.L. as a kid in Miami as he dabbled in B-Boying, Graffiti, and inevitably led to DJing once he finished High School. As with most DJ's, Producing was the next step for Rob and he embraced it thoroughly. Since then he's had the opportunity to work with artists from NY, Chicago, LA, even overseas in the UK. One of his biggest accomplishments was in 2007 when he produced the official Miami Heat Playoff anthem entitled White Hot which aired on TNT. While R.L. has grown as a Producer, he's still an active DJ and can be seen frequently in Miami and Fort Lauderdale's music scene. In 2012 Rob produced up and coming South Florida (via the Bronx) MC JD Cuellar's debut E.P. entitled Reality Principle which received high acclaim and notoriety from some of Hip Hop's heavyweights and featured the likes of Sadat X of Brand Nubian and Reks. Now, with the release of his new project New Vintage, R.L. looks to continue his pursuit of releasing more music on a quality over quantity basis and to open the door to new fans who are looking for something beyond the usual.
