This is essentially a "Best of Similak Chyld" medley featuring my fave remixes from '08 to '09.

Since it was my first stab at remix production, I pretty much went bananas and attempted to flip all my favorite genres with more universal acapellas. My goal was to bridge the gap between the lesser known, organic beats, and the more recognized, mainstream sounds. It's a pretty accurate representation of who I am and hopefully helps people get a better understanding of what I'm about.

The opening track "Bossa Yes Y'All" was actually my 1st attempt at remix production. "Bossa Yes Y'All and "Walkin' Hot" are both featured on DJ Apollo's "So International."

   love the way you bring in so many influences to your mixes. I especially enjoyed the Brazillian Rhyme and John Legend mix. Your mixes are like an amazing trip somewhere new and interesting.
