Elliott Sabbagh, (That DJ Ell) is a talented classically trained Violinist and vinyl turntableist DJ, who plays and composes many music genres including hip-hop, jazz, fusion, and classical.

Trained from an early age of five in the strings and attending Berklee College of Music in Boston, he is considered a musical, rhythmic prodigy. He credits his success as a DJ/ turntablist/ artist to his many years of playing and studying violin and music.

DJ Ell entered the DJ scene at the age of eleven when he got his first pair of turntables. By age twelve, DJ Ell started performing at local events, house parties and small venues that had helped him get off the ground. By the time he turned thirteen he was playing at major venues, clubs, and auditoriums such as Chene Park, Hill Auditorium, The Power Center, and Comerica Park, to name a few. Soon after, DJ Ell was invited to join several nationally known DJ crews and labels along with picking up nationally known sponsors.

Along with the new press this young prodigy started to get, Ell began getting contacts and concerts with radio stations including Channel 95.5 Detroit, 87.9 AMP Radio, Hot 107.5, and FM 98 WJLB. He also hooked up with DJ Chill Will who runs the Midwest's longest running Hip-Hop radio show, The Prop Shop (since 1988) on WCBN FM Ann Arbor. Today DJ Ell and DJ Chill Will still run the show together every Saturday night from 9:00 pm. to midnight. Ell is the youngest DJ in the U.S to Co-host a Radio Hip-Hop show.

Today, DJ Ell has been seen in and out of the country, performing on MTV, to performing for Red Bull as well as tours, and opening/ performances with many celebrity artists such as ASAP Rocky, Bei Maejor, Big Sean, Big K.R.I.T., Black Cobain, Devin The Dude, D12, J. Cole, Juicy J, Lil Jon, Machine Gun Kelly (MGK), Travis Porter, Twista, and Wale, as well as groups including Finally Famous, Maybach Music, Taylor Gang, and Young Money.

Unlike most DJs in the game, who only play one genre of music, DJ Ell has played a wide range of events, concerts and festivals from opening for the Detroit Electronic Music Festival (DEMF) to Vans Warped Tour.

Dont be shocked if you walk into the hottest spot in town and look up to find this young DJ laying it down on the 1s and 2s, or if you turn on your radio to catch Ell mixing live.
